Deild lucid question.
From what iv heard you have to wake up from a dream, any dream, but what if you cant remember your dream? when i had my lucids i could clearly see the dream ending and clearly recognised waking up so i could in theory be ready to DEILD after a lucid, so is DEILDIng much easier after a full lucid compared to the normal dream?
Also, anyone know of any downloadable alarms that are good for DEILDing?
Thanks.

If you wake up after a dream and the REM is gone, you can still return to the dream but it wouldn't be as vivid as enjoyable.
But if your still in REM, deilding after a lucid dream is easier for the only reason that you are more aware of the awakening, but you can of course do it after a normal dream as well.
If you have an iphone I strongly recommend the 12, 24 alarmclock, because it has an autosnooze function and is the best app I have used to my deilding.
If you don't have an iphone if you want you can try this for a night. You don't have to watch his other videos and not even listen to why it works, just try it out. It gave me some short lucid dreams and also a more knowledge of my sensations that I have before entering a dream.
