Ways to remind myself to RC?

I'm quite bad at remembering to RC throughout the day. Are there any other ways apart from using my phone's alarm etc.. (which is both inconvenient and annoying) to remind me to do a RC?

For example, something like a bracelet type-device that goes around your wrist and gives you a small shock every hour or two to remind you? Would you use something like that?

And that brings me on to my last point... how often do you RC?

I put some random sticky-notes on my apartment walls that say, "Am I Dreaming?" near the light switch in my bedroom and stuff so I will see them and at least stop to question it and do a quick RC.

I wouldn't try giving yourself a shock to remember. I'm not an expert but I would say reminding yourself to do something with pain may not lead to the best, positive results. However in the past I have tried writing an a on the back of my hand and every time I notice the a I do an RC.
