I'm quite bad at remembering to RC throughout the day. Are there any other ways apart from using my phone's alarm etc.. (which is both inconvenient and annoying) to remind me to do a RC?

For example, something like a bracelet type-device that goes around your wrist and gives you a small shock every hour or two to remind you? Would you use something like that?

And that brings me on to my last point... how often do you RC?
