Fomer Lucid Dreamer looking for advice
Hi all,
About 8 years ago, when I was in high school I was really into lucid dreaming and now I want to get back into it FAST! I'd like to get fully lucid in 3-7 days (starting April 23rd which is my vacation). Back when I started lucid dreaming it was something I did on my own. At that time I was really into meditative states too so I don't remember having to use any mental cues at all, I was simply able to enter "the dream" with success. One of the things back then I tried was sleep deprivation techniques... such as sleeping 30 minutes every four to six hours.... which causes one to fall directly into rem but still gives the body enough time to rest. However, these days I don't think I can go all in on that because of work. I've also heard about the REMEE mask is this worth investing in? Previously, I had a lot of success wtih full or partial control of my dreaming at will, whenever I wanted without any kind of cueing... one thing I can say about then is that on rare occasion a "weakness" I had was stabilization... as in waking up...yet I was able to continue these dreams easily and continue to lucid dream. I would like to get back into lucid dreaming ASAP or I'm worried I will lose interest...also I have a 1 month break from work coming up... I'd like experienced posters on the board to give me some advice about how I can begin lucid dreaming NOW. I am not afraid, I had much experience and success as a lucid dreamer in high school, why be afraid as an adult?
