Right i wont go into dream details, but last night i dreamt i was in a car. i looked at the drivers seat and guess what? no driver! so i remember saying "Wait, this is a dream" then i jumped out of the car and ran into someones front garden. i dont remember having control over jumping out or not :cry:
If you realized it was a dream, then it WAS a lucid dream, congrats! :yddd:

I've done that. Realize I'm dreaming, jump in the air to fly, and forget I'm dreaming while I'm still flying.
Great feeling though - those moments of realization :D
I think I had my first lucid dream the very day I started trying. I remember falling asleep thinking, "I will have a dream, I will be aware I'm dreaming, and I will control my dream."
I don't remember any of the dream, I just remember being aware in my dream. That was a couple of days ago, and I haven't started taking B6, or doing anything different. I'm going to start tonight though.
It's good I was aware in that dream, right?
