      Last night, possibly my first LD?

      Right i wont go into dream details, but last night i dreamt i was in a car. i looked at the drivers seat and guess what? no driver! so i remember saying "Wait, this is a dream" then i jumped out of the car and ran into someones front garden. i dont remember having control over jumping out or not

      I've done that. Realize I'm dreaming, jump in the air to fly, and forget I'm dreaming while I'm still flying.

      Great feeling though - those moments of realization

      I think I had my first lucid dream the very day I started trying. I remember falling asleep thinking, "I will have a dream, I will be aware I'm dreaming, and I will control my dream."

      I don't remember any of the dream, I just remember being aware in my dream. That was a couple of days ago, and I haven't started taking B6, or doing anything different. I'm going to start tonight though.

      It's good I was aware in that dream, right?
