when i woke up this morning i stayed up for about 40 minutes and then went back to sleep and did WILD. I felt my body going numb and was seeing some CRAZY HI. Then all of a sudden my eyes felt like they were vibrating really fast back and forth.
Is this close to doing wild because ive never done it before
Its usually a good idea to wake up from sleep and stay up for about an hour, try to go back to sleep performing a WILD etc. I typically get excellent dream recall from doing this. Sound very much like the beginnings of the WILD attempt to me mate, but I’m sure someone can give you more/better advice as I’ve not fully become aware I’m dreaming through the use of the WILD technique....Irishcream would be an excellent person to answer your question, I think she performs the WILD technique before sleep.
I’ve managed to get to the numbness stage but never got past that part when my body feels like its going backwards and forwards at the same time, like a jerking motion through my body and mind. I guess that’s the edge of sleep and dreams.....

sounds like it to me. so what happened. did u stop it or did it just not go anywhere else? good luck we all need it :D
