For those that practice ADA how long did it take until it "clicked"
I've been practicing all day awareness for awhile now. About 3 months. I am not getting lucid as often as I want to but I do notice that it is much easier to recall dreams. I've been going to bed at different times so that is something I have to change. I noticed that before I did ADA if I don't go to bed consistently I could barely recall anything but now even if I go to bed late I can recall a dream so I know ADA is working to an extent I just need to buckle down and go to bed at the same time everynight. Anyway as to my main question. How long have you been practicing ADA untill something "clicked" and you started getting lucid VIA DILD more often?
