Need Tips Attaining lucidity.
So I'm new to actually trying to lucid dream. I used to look into it awhile ago for a few weeks but gave up. My friend and I are getting serious now. It's been 4 days so far. Each night before bed I'm taking vitamins to help me remember my dreams and to realize I am dreaming. Other then that I do reality checks durning the day. I have a dream log. And I meditate before bed. I was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers or things that worked for them that maybe I could try. Thanks.
