Hello DV, i don't know why i didn't go lucid today.
because in my dream i performed the hand reality check, and saw
that i had not 1 finger, and i just continued my dream as if that was normal.

Why i didn't get lucid?
Sounds like your awareness might have been low. Remember that not reality checks themselves get us lucid, but the awareness that we get when doing them properly. Remember to trigger awareness when you practice reality check in waking life, look around, completely believe that you might be dreaming, don't do it as just mechanical action.
It sounds like you've been doing your Reality Checks too mechanically. As you are doing them, you have to be aware of your Reality Checks. Properly question your surroundings, and the reality in which they are kept. That should help you out.
WBTB is the best technique when you are going to start lucid dreams. If this technique is also not working for you then I can only say that do more and more practice.
As most of the people here already said, just doing RCs in WL is not enough. Just think about how many things you do during day, every day, many times more than you do RCs. Yet, those everyday actions don't get you lucid.
You really have to believe that RC will work when you do it during day, because you are in a dream. It has to be "oh boy, this could be a dream". It should startle you, shake you out of your comfortable rutine.
Then this "oh boy, this could be a dream" feeling happens in your regular dream and it will give you an urge to RC. But often by then, you already know you are lucid.
The difference between everyday actions you do and RCs is the level of feelings, sensations you put into performing them.

Yes but, when i do my first RC of the day i wonder if i am lucid, and throughout the day when i do the second time.
I remember my first RC of the day that it didn't work and i wasn't dreaming, so why would i dream now if i wasn't dreaming
before?
This is how i feel literally:
*Wakes up*
Me - Wow! i can be lucid right now!
*Feels excited and hope RCs to work*
*Perform RCs with excitement*
*After RC*
Me - Nah! i'm not dreaming.
*Comes the 2nd time to make the RC*
Me - Oooah! i can be dreaming, OMG!
My mind - Why would you be dreaming now, if you weren't before? -.-'
Me - *My mind is right, but whatever, i'm doing RCs anyway! ^-^*
*Excitement feeling fades away*
*pretends to be dreaming*
*pretends RCs to work*
*Perform RC without any feeling*
*after RC*
Me - Nope, i'm not dreaming
You might be missing the spirit of RC's, Iriba.
RC's, or state tests, aren't supposed to be literal proofs that you are dreaming or not. Instead, they are meant to be vehicles for you to ask yourself if you're dreaming, and then do some simple function to prove or disprove your state. Every time you do a state test, your question, "Is this a dream?" should be the same, and, more importantly, your curiosity about whether it's a dream should be the same.
In almost all RC's done in waking life, it's completely obvious that you're awake, and if you think about it as actual proof that you're awake then yes, you will likely not have a successful RC after that first one in the morning -- you will even feel a little dumb doing them! But, if you consider an RC as a way to train your mind to have a look around, regardless of where you know you are, and you use a test that will work for you in a dream, then the RC might work better in the dream. Remember, in the dream you have that same attitude -- that you are obviously awake -- so it doesn't matter whether you think the RC will work or not; if you're dreaming, it will work.
Bottom line, don't take the RC's too literally. Instead, use them to train your mind to be prepared to both test your state during a dream, and to be interested in testing your state during a dream.
I hope that made sense.
Never tell yourself that. After you do RC and you fully expect it to work, just say "next time I'm dreaming, I realize I'm dreaming". Don't come to conclusion that you not in a dream. Because then you will come to same conclusion in a dream.
Don't pretend. Believe. You must have read how LDs can be realistic as waking life. What if this is one of those times?
Without any feelings is not gonna work. Believe. Be excited. Can you get excited about other things? Like thinking of visiting a place you really want to go to? Lets say Tahity, or Moon, or Mars? You know, that you most likely never gonna get there, but you get excited when thinking about how cool it would be. Use same feeling when RCing.
Yeah its hard but not impossible you need to give try for it no matter if you fail initially but regular practice will surely shows the results..
lol, staring at your fingers aren't enough... you'll need to do better than that...
