A long time ago, I found this MP3 file that had a guy talking in reverse. You were supposed to listen to it 30 minutes before sleep. That night, I had a lucid dream :D But now I can't find it on my hard drive and I cant remember what its called. Does anyone have something similar to it? The intended effect was that your brain was supposed to decode the words and show them to you during your dreams for you to become lucid.
I think I know the one you're talking about. It's BS though, talking backwards doesn't help you achieve lucid dreams, it was you're own anticipation that probably caused the lucid dream.

NeuralSwarm recorded some excellent lucid dreaming tapes in which he tells you to have a lucid dream, that you will succeed. It's quite cheesy but effective if you can't keep up your mantra's.
Even though his voice isn't perfect I find the tapes to work excellently, I've had a few lucids since I started listening to them before sleep. I've yet to try it with WBTB though.
