What good methods have you tried? Also, is there any special food/drink that can make you have a lucid dream? I've heard peanut butter works good.

What good methods have you tried? Also, is there any special food/drink that can make you have a lucid dream? I've heard peanut butter works good.
In keepinf with the original title, this is what I usually do before bed:
* Read, and only read, in the hour before bedtime.
* Practice dream incubation (this is easy for me as I usually daydream before I fall asleep)
* Wake up and record my dream. If I remember another dream later in the day I will put that in my DJ as well.
Is there anything more I should do or is that enough?
