I dont mean like WILD and DEILD ect but rather techniques such as ADA....meditation....mantras....and maybe MILD? I know everyones different but i would be interested to see what comes up most =)

I've been practising ADA recently and I've had very good results :wink:
I agree with both previous posters actually, in addition to WBTB. The combination of this three: being present and aware throughout the day, WBTB, and SSILD has worked very well for me. (I don't quite do ADA awareness, but more of an all day mindfulness - at least I try to!).
I also really like Sageous's Reverse Reality checks for building self-awareness.
I personally use meditation and mantras as well, but this may be a bit more time consuming.
Can you refer me to the thread wherein the reverse reality check discussion took place? I searched for it but nothing came up....OK, in reality TOO much came up. After a half hour of fruitless searching of the search results, I gave up. The search function on this forum is NOT my favorite feature. :disconcerted:
