I guess I'm used to 200; but it doesnt keep me awake or anything. I'm about to do research with Calea Zacatechichi tea. I'll post my results once it arrives.

Hmm..well when I used to take it, I would just take 100mg. I've always wanted to try 200 as an experiment. Then again, 100 is still pretty intense.
Calea Z tea is reputed to be the nastiest-tasting liquid in the entire galaxy. A better way is to put the powdered herb into gelatin capsules (get from your local health food store) and take a few capsules. Personally, I suggest you try chocolate milk. :-P This contains enough caffiene and theobromine to stimulate the brain, plus the tryptophan in the milk tends to keep you asleep. Quite a few members of this Forum report LDs after drinking a bottle of chocolate milk. I tried it once and it worked for me. :D
I took my first dose of B6 last night. Boy... did i have a weird, vivid dream, which i can suprisingly recall very well right now. Can't wait until i've taken it for a couple of weeks!
Took a 200 mg capsule last night before sleep.
Woke up at 5:30 AM without a single memory or feeling about past dreams. :sweat2:
Oh, that sounds much more appealing than pills. Even if it doesn't work, you still come away with having drank delicious chocolate milk. And the no brain damage is a nice bonus.Quote:

Ok, well I took 200mg for my first time last night.
I had many vivid dreams; all which I could remember without writing them down. I'll try again another time soon.
