Lucid dream techniques for a beginner
Hi, I've just started to attempt lucid dreaming. I've been at it for about 2 days. So far, I haven't really been able to remember any of my dreams in full glory, but I've vaguley (sp?) been able to remember bits and pieces. anyway, it's spring break, so my sleeping patterns aren't normal, if that makes any difference...
I usually watch TV until I fall asleep, which has been around 11 or 12 lately. Does watching TV before going to sleep reduce the chances of becoming lucid?
So, moving on, does anyone have any techniques for a beginner?
