wierd FILD expieriance, first time trying it

ok, i went to bed at 3( I know its not the idael time for LD), slept till 7, then awakend from sleep. usually i dont think about anything when I first wake up, but here I remembered that I wanted to try the FILD technique. So I did it, and at the time where I was finishing the piano playing movement, this wierd feeling came over me. It was like my whole body was swinging back and forth, but I could still feel my body laying still. it was like my eyes were really moving, and it kinda got chilly around my body. I felt realy focused, though.

Am I on the right track? or am I doing something wrong.

you were on the right track! did you do the nose reality check? or did you just kept moving your fingers? The first time I got FILD to work, I felt my body all tingly and I heard some *pop* noise.

i didnt know what to do when it was going on. ive had that feeling before, lots of times. but this one was more intense. I did the nose RC after the feeling, but i couldnt breathe, so...then, i couldnt go back to sleep :(

hey thanks! My recall is really bad right now but it will get better. Well flying is...AWESOME!!!! you just have to try it! you can feel the air and all the adrenaline! it feels really cool. I hope you get to fly soon :)

me, too. is the nose CR the only CR worth doin, or are their other good ones?

Nah there are many good ones. the light switch works just fine, also the digital clock one. Try using different ones so that you don't get bored! :)
