cleaning the colon for more frequent LDs

I did a colon cleanse which lasted 3 weeks last May...

after 2 weeks of fasting I had 4 LDs in 4 successive mornings...

decomposed fecal matter hanging around in the lower intestine is

an obstacle to supernatural bedtime experiences, Im convinced...

Im due for another cleanse shortly...

So lets loosen up those chakras guys...

and start releasing the divine dream force( kundalini)...

Seriously tho... what ever works for you :) If I was in a situation where I could do 2 weeks fasting I might even consider it.

Ok I admit this caught my attention. I at first thought this was going to be a pun but you literally mean cleaning your err, colon.

Glad for your enlightenment but I don't think I'm comfortable with that technique. I'm quite fine already thanks. :)

But to answer your question, I never knew that something like this could help with dreaming. But I know that fasting helps some people with LDs, though I don't recommend it.

Ok to colon cleanse for health purpous is a great idea but only LD purposes is kinda excesive. Well anyway I hope you have another good LD experience on your next cleanse! Ok though I really don't wanna hear the crapy details (pun inteneded) :lol:

...personally i think crap is the most disgusting thing to think about ever period, and personally i try to avoid it as much as possible (thinking about crap that is)...but a good fasting for 1-2 days once a month has proven to be very very healthy, as it allows your body to rid itself of alot of chemicals and stuff that it normally cant
