Is this SP?
I was trying to WILD and I started to imagine a candle like it says in Exploring Lucid Dreaming, but anyway I kept imagining it and pretty soon I was looking at it like it was on TV. I started to let my mind wander at this point and I was seeing all types of images and images in motion. The whole time I really never thought about my body, but I did and it felt like I had no arm or legs (kind of like my arms and legs were not seperate from my body) I felt like I coulnt move, but then it felt like I was accelerating and then started spinning (it felt so real!) Everytime I started to inhale(felt like i was doing front flips) or exhale(felt like I was spinning on my back) I kept spinning. Is this a common thing? I never went into the dream, because it did this for 15 minutes, and I started to feel sick so I got up and just went to sleep.

it's not common, but i've had similar spinning sensations while in SP.
seems you experienced HI in conjunction with SP...good sign.
next time perhaps focus on slowing down the spinning and detaching your "dream body'.
or if you are a visual-orientated person, focus wholly on the HI, and try to ignore any bodily sensations....maintain passive awareness of the imagery until it forms a continuous scene.

That sounds like SP. I have only tried WILDing once, and then didn't get into full SP, but this sounds like an extention of what I felt, so I am assuming you were in SP.

This happened to me last night. The feeling was exhilerating! My legs and arms felt like they had chains on them, or something really heavy. I also went through the spinning, but I didnt get Lucid.
