I was trying to WILD and I started to imagine a candle like it says in Exploring Lucid Dreaming, but anyway I kept imagining it and pretty soon I was looking at it like it was on TV. I started to let my mind wander at this point and I was seeing all types of images and images in motion. The whole time I really never thought about my body, but I did and it felt like I had no arm or legs (kind of like my arms and legs were not seperate from my body) I felt like I coulnt move, but then it felt like I was accelerating and then started spinning (it felt so real!) Everytime I started to inhale(felt like i was doing front flips) or exhale(felt like I was spinning on my back) I kept spinning. Is this a common thing? I never went into the dream, because it did this for 15 minutes, and I started to feel sick so I got up and just went to sleep. |

That sounds like SP. I have only tried WILDing once, and then didn't get into full SP, but this sounds like an extention of what I felt, so I am assuming you were in SP. |

This happened to me last night. The feeling was exhilerating! My legs and arms felt like they had chains on them, or something really heavy. I also went through the spinning, but I didnt get Lucid. |
