Waking back up
Hey, I've been trying t o WILD for the past month or so, but I always fail because I can't wake up at 4:30. My room is next to my parent's room, so any alarm wakes my dad, a light sleeper, who then curses vehemently.
Is there a better, or at least workable way to wake up without waking up my parents?

The popular way amongst experienced dreamers is suggestion. This has worked for me a few times if i wasnt tired as shit upon going to sleep. Just tell yourself that you will wake at a reasonable time in accordance to when you went to sleep. Like if you got to sleep at around 10-11 aclock, then told yourself to awake at 6 or 7 am then you would. The trick is to truely beleive that you will.
