The popular way amongst experienced dreamers is suggestion. This has worked for me a few times if i wasnt tired as shit upon going to sleep. Just tell yourself that you will wake at a reasonable time in accordance to when you went to sleep. Like if you got to sleep at around 10-11 aclock, then told yourself to awake at 6 or 7 am then you would. The trick is to truely beleive that you will. |
