Hi there.
I have known about lucid dreaming for about 1.5 to 2 years,
but probably have only beenm 3 months trying with great effort;
that is, frequent research and trying almost every night.
MILD and autosuggestion havn't done a thing for me,
and so i'm trying a direct entry tecnique. Direct entry
tecniques appear not to be working as well. :blue:
On to the problem.
With WILD, I wake up 5-6 hours after sleeping, I sometime get up for 15 min,
sometimes for 2; I get the same results anyway.
I lay in bed, counting my breaths, I will feel slightly tingly, and see some HI.
thats it. no further. I cant get the HI any more immersing, or any SP.
If I quit at this stage, I have serious trouble going to sleep normally.
My guess is I need to immerse myself further in the HI and stuff. how do I do that?
So the questions I have are
How long do I keep counting my breaths?
Should I try a different tecnique other than counting breaths?
How do YOU go from mild HI to thick SP?
