Going back to sleep (WILD and LD induction method).
I knew about this method for quite some time, but never used it until today.
Tonight I had a dream and It was frequently (at least 4 times) interrupted by awakenings.
However, instead of getting up and writing down my dream, I laid there motionless, with my eyes closed. I didnt change position or anything.
Result = I drifted back to sleep within 3 seconds.
It's a great method to extend already lucid dreams. I'm not sure if you will be able to concentrate on performing this method after normal dream tho...
what are your thoughts on this subject?
