Going back to sleep (WILD and LD induction method).

I knew about this method for quite some time, but never used it until today.

Tonight I had a dream and It was frequently (at least 4 times) interrupted by awakenings.

However, instead of getting up and writing down my dream, I laid there motionless, with my eyes closed. I didnt change position or anything.
Result = I drifted back to sleep within 3 seconds.

It's a great method to extend already lucid dreams. I'm not sure if you will be able to concentrate on performing this method after normal dream tho...

what are your thoughts on this subject?

Ah, I did that this morning

In another thread I started, I posted about how I had about 7 short lucid dreams in a row. After I awoke from one, I didn't move and just went back to sleep directly into lucidity. It worked well, but I was having other problems so I couldn't get a full lucid dream going =(

Sometimes this happens to me unintentionally.

I lay there in bed and wake from a dream...then i drift back INTO the dream. Usually it happens on SATURDAYS where i sleep late into the morning and wake alot. In fact, that is how i had my lucid dream today!
