help with MILD
Okay I have been using the MILD technique discussed in the tutorials section: http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2047
It’s really helping with my dream recall and I woke up and recorded 4 separate dream periods last night. However I can’t seem to get back into the dream I’ve just come out of as when I go back to sleep I try to think of a sign that was relevant to my previous dream it ends up being slightly useless in my new dream. :roll:
Any help would be appreciated especially tips on what to be thinking to yourself as you drift off back to sleep.
