Okay I have been using the MILD technique discussed in the tutorials section: http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2047
It’s really helping with my dream recall and I woke up and recorded 4 separate dream periods last night. However I can’t seem to get back into the dream I’ve just come out of as when I go back to sleep I try to think of a sign that was relevant to my previous dream it ends up being slightly useless in my new dream.
Any help would be appreciated especially tips on what to be thinking to yourself as you drift off back to sleep.
