So in the last week I've tried to WILD twice. The first time I woke up after 6 hours and stayed up for about 20 minutes, then layed back down and fell asleep pretty fast! lol, so big time fail my first try.
Last night I did the same, slept for about six hours and then woke up, had a mountain dew and peed then went and layed back down in bed. This time I was a little more awake because of the caffeine. I got real comfortable and layed down and started to think about dreaming and concentrating on my breathing. I think I might have started seeing images, but they seemed to be more in the back of my mind, not like something my "eyes" were seeing. I never felt anything such as light alterations or vibrations though, I'm wondering if this might have been the very first stages of a WILD? I then must have fallen asleep because I woke up 3 hours later, dreamless :(
Going to keep on trying though, seems like something you can't really understand till you actually do it. Sort of like salmon fishing or something! lol, bad comparison.
