So in the last week I've tried to WILD twice. The first time I woke up after 6 hours and stayed up for about 20 minutes, then layed back down and fell asleep pretty fast! lol, so big time fail my first try.

Last night I did the same, slept for about six hours and then woke up, had a mountain dew and peed then went and layed back down in bed. This time I was a little more awake because of the caffeine. I got real comfortable and layed down and started to think about dreaming and concentrating on my breathing. I think I might have started seeing images, but they seemed to be more in the back of my mind, not like something my "eyes" were seeing. I never felt anything such as light alterations or vibrations though, I'm wondering if this might have been the very first stages of a WILD? I then must have fallen asleep because I woke up 3 hours later, dreamless

Going to keep on trying though, seems like something you can't really understand till you actually do it. Sort of like salmon fishing or something! lol, bad comparison.
