Okay, I've gotten an idea that should really help with the technique of doing a RC everytime you walk through a doorway or enter a room.
I think I'm going to make a video. Two tips that will probably be true if I make this:
- The video will be just tons of random clips of the camera's point of view walking through doorways.
- Everytime, as the video walks through a new doorway, a voiceover and maybe words at the bottom of the screen will say: "Are you dreaming? Am I dreaming? Are you dreaming?"
- You can watch this before you go to bed to help get the habit of questioning your dreams when you enter a room or walk through a doorway.
This video would fit well along the lines of NLP anchoring so that you anchor the reaction of doing a RC to the action of walking through a doorway or entering a room.
- I am pretty sure it will work best only if it is used in conjunction with real-life practice of RC's every time you enter a room or walk through a doorway. Remember, the point of all of this is to get it so that you habitually question reality everytime you enter a room, etc. The video would be a supplement to the technique, probably not a technique on its own.
- Also, the results of the movie will probably be strengthened if you make sure that you are actually doing a reality check, or atleast actually mentally questioning reality while you watch the video.
What does everyone think?
