Okay, I've gotten an idea that should really help with the technique of doing a RC everytime you walk through a doorway or enter a room.

I think I'm going to make a video.
      1. The video will be just tons of random clips of the camera's point of view walking through doorways.
      2. Everytime, as the video walks through a new doorway, a voiceover and maybe words at the bottom of the screen will say: "Are you dreaming? Am I dreaming? Are you dreaming?"
      3. You can watch this before you go to bed to help get the habit of questioning your dreams when you enter a room or walk through a doorway.
Two tips that will probably be true if I make this:
      1. I am pretty sure it will work best only if it is used in conjunction with real-life practice of RC's every time you enter a room or walk through a doorway. Remember, the point of all of this is to get it so that you habitually question reality everytime you enter a room, etc. The video would be a supplement to the technique, probably not a technique on its own.
      2. Also, the results of the movie will probably be strengthened if you make sure that you are actually doing a reality check, or atleast actually mentally questioning reality while you watch the video.
This video would fit well along the lines of NLP anchoring so that you anchor the reaction of doing a RC to the action of walking through a doorway or entering a room.

Currently practicing WILD. I quote Kaniaz who said it best: "The point of WILD is to piss me off". Though, I have not given up, far from it.

Yea, this is a great idea. I try to remember to do RC's when I go thru doors, and try to picture another scene waiting for me...(I started this as a method to help with getting stuck in rooms during lucids) but I often forget. I'd love to see this.

Wow I just realized that I made a new topic after I made the video, rather than just posting it in here. That was dumb... I guess I forgot I had actually made this a new topic.

Here's the post I had put at the beginning of the new topic:

Check out this video I made.

It's is a supplement for training yourself to do reality checks whenever you walk through doorways.

I would recommend saying "reality check" along with the recording, and if you traditionally speak another language, you can mute it.

Remember, the goal is to get yourself to HABITUALLY (do as a habit) perform reality checks as you walk through doorways; therefore, it probably won't work if you don't practice in real life.

The video is also cool to watch in at a higher speed (x2) and a slower speed (x.5).

I can email any of the different speed videos to people if they want.

Sorry, the video got scrunched when I uploaded it.

      I didn't think that either.

I've always thought that I just kind of move from room to room in my dreams. Also, I've always thought that most of my dreams are outside.

But after investigating more time into it, I've found that I really do go through many doorways in my dreams, just as I do during waking life.

Also, my video may not be helpful in this case, but, you really don't have to pick doorways.

I could make videos for everytime you cross a road, or everytime you go up stairs, up a hill, or any slope.
