Issues laying still

I was trying a custom WBTB method, and i woke up at correct time and i was ready to go and try it. So i laid down and started visualizing a scene of a apple in a field, but its like i couldent sit still, my foot would twitch out of boredom, and then i had to restart, i eventually gave up and fell asleep. I dont have this problem with wild, but i have it with this. How do i fix it? Would listening to a ambiance mp3 work so i would have somthing to focus on/keep me occupied

What exactly were you trying to do in this "custom WBTB" method? You were probably not relaxed enough. If you think music will help, go for it! Try something new.
