Thread: Issues laying still

I was trying a custom WBTB method, and i woke up at correct time and i was ready to go and try it. So i laid down and started visualizing a scene of a apple in a field, but its like i couldent sit still, my foot would twitch out of boredom, and then i had to restart, i eventually gave up and fell asleep. I dont have this problem with wild, but i have it with this. How do i fix it? Would listening to a ambiance mp3 work so i would have somthing to focus on/keep me occupied
