Why not WoW? What other games would you recommend?

Not WoW so I don't have to pay a monthly fee and get addicted to some mainstream MMO (especilly when there are better ones out there...). I'm talking strictly about myself here, so feel free to train via WoW for those receptive to that idea. I can get as much out of it as I can.
This sounds really interesting. I just got LaBerge's book Exploring the World Of Lucid Dreaming (no CD though) and I do see this as a huge opportunity to improve Lucid Dreaming at will. I'm considering to attend, but before I really can choose whether or not to do it I need to ask a couple of questions.
Approximately how much time per day would you have to spend on the online course?
As far as I can see you need to own LaBerge's book (and possibly to play WoW) to be able to attend, am I right?
These are the questions I can think of right now.
Best regards,

I reckon he's here to commit evil acts! *Points knife*
Urgh, Jdea, don't bully the poor guy.
I mean, look at his face.

Do you want to mess with this guy? Look at him. He's serious about lucid dreaming.
LUCID DREAMING, SERIOUS STUFF
He'd dream pwn you.
Actually he does look a bit like a pro. Hold on he's on about lucid dreaming? I thought he was on about some invention of his. But whatever.
But I saw him talking about online gaming before!
...how much of this thread did you lower yourself to reading before filling it with mindless drivel?
...Merry Christmas Eve, by the way. :)
Well I did read it, but then my mind started going "Stay away from the buisness man" and I freaked out in my own little way. You should of seen me last night laughing like a mad man.
Merry christmas-eve Sindred! ;)
Hey DreamerRoss,
The daily time requirement will not be demanding. There will be reading tasks each week, which will work out to a few minutes a day. Also, daily exercises; a few minutes per day in total. The main thing is CONSISTENCY and accountability to the group. It's about making a commitment and seeing it through.
Don
I'm actually curious whether you will post anything besides on this thread, which is not about DreamViews.com at all.
Hi everyone,
Just thought I should tell you all a little bit about myself.
I am 44 years old. I have been a professional magician for the majority of my life, starting with my first paid show at age 13.
I am also a motivational speaker. I understand the foundational concepts behind success and the power of the mind in relation to achieving goals. I have also conducted many workshops on various subjects over the years.
I am applying all that I know to the subject of lucid dreaming. I believe that I will be able to offer value to all who choose to participate.
Don
You're a magican? What kind of stuff do you do?"I will steal all your members" (Joke)
So you do stuff like cutting people in half and stuff?
Attention: Gamers,
I'm so grateful to those who have voiced their thoughts about WoW (World of Warcraft).
I would like some input from all of you about using Guild Wars instead. This game has no monthly subscription and has a dream-like atmosphere; perfect for our purposes.
Don
You should really play Command And Conquer 3.... That's a great game
I liek Age of Empires.
Doo you liek Age of Empires, Don?
Guild wars is good...
For people with internet speed above 24k, a spare 35 bucks for the game and a supportive graphics card :P
I'm out either way man. But that's fine.
Don, my friend Strinky has made a picture of you. It's in my signiture. :)
We took a beautiful man who only wanted to improve the world with his legitimate, non-profit methods for lucid dreaming and we raped his principles with edited photos.
For shame, Jdea, for shame.
Lol shhhutttupppp
On-topic, please.
Question: Will you pay for the games so we can join this online course?
You had me at "this is not an advertisement." You lost me at "but you need to buy and subscribe to World of Warcraft in order to join."
Haha. He just wants you in his party so's you can pwn some n00bs together, you know? :)
