Ive been doing WILD and WBTB for a while now with no success. Ive posted about it not working or anything and received little help on getting better. But ive gained new insight on the issue.
From my previous experience, WILD happens to me in this sequence:
1) Turn off lights, lay down and get comfortable
2) Close eyes and lay completely still. Play dead.
3) Not sleep paralysis, but body gets numb. No HI
4) Feeling slightly weird, like i took the laughing gas at the dentist
5) Counted to 600 using 1 im dreaming, 2 im dreaming
6) Still 100% mentally awake. RC often, still physically awake.
7) Very very small not noticable twitches. I ignore it and continue to get to the HI with no results.
8) I get bored and roll over and sleep.
Ive read just about every tutorial i can find. Nothing improved so far.
I really need get the hang of lucid dreaming. My life is pretty rough right now and i really need the break. I dont want to turn to drugs an alcohol, so dreaming is my best bet.
