WILD q1:. Whats the state of mind needed to perform it well?
I was wondering, whats the state of mind needed to step into lucid dream. You know. Problems occur, when we think too much, but also when we are too sleepy.
Some days are better for wild then the others. I can remember when i tried wild and it happened to be really easy to get into SP transition, where i was excited. Another day, I was "forcing myself" into relaxation. Trully. I didnt want to, but the internal dialogue differs every day. Whats your way to get your mind into balance, so your logical mind is activated, but not too activated?
Is there a way how to predict the result of WILD? I am asking, becouse i dont want to perform this techinque, when its results are doomed.
