      WILD q1:. Whats the state of mind needed to perform it well?

      I was wondering, whats the state of mind needed to step into lucid dream. You know. Problems occur, when we think too much, but also when we are too sleepy.

      Some days are better for wild then the others. I can remember when i tried wild and it happened to be really easy to get into SP transition, where i was excited. Another day, I was "forcing myself" into relaxation. Trully. I didnt want to, but the internal dialogue differs every day. Whats your way to get your mind into balance, so your logical mind is activated, but not too activated?

      Is there a way how to predict the result of WILD? I am asking, becouse i dont want to perform this techinque, when its results are doomed.

      i keep my mind busy and try not to think of WILD. I almost lose consciousness, then when the vibrations startk i come back ftoo full consciousness. I think its called using your hidden observer.


      Is there a way how to predict the result of WILD? I am asking, becouse i dont want to perform this techinque, when its results are doomed.
      if there is one, i havent found it. Some of my WILDs have happened after i have rolled over and given up.

      Thats cool. At least there is a chance everytime. .

      Do you have a way, how to induce that state of mind. DO you do some exercises at the evening?

      nope i dont do anything in the day, It all happens when im too focused i guess. I get uncomfortable and just roll over to go to sleep, my body must be already almost asleep while my mind is still awake, and before i lost consciousness i must of made it to WILD *shrugs* i guess i just didnt notice how far i was.

      it doesnt usually happen like that. but yeah, that was an unusal night.

      Thats it. Search for the state of mind. And if we are not in that state of mind, lets move into that state from normal state. If i only knew. I am trying to search for it. It is like trying to change some wrong routines and implanting new.

      As i am observing the situation it seems, that the more i let every aspect of lucid dream go, the better it works.

      Still i am focused. It hears a little contradictory, but it feels like to be full aligned withing. Just to find out how it works.

      Freefire you were fully right about the answer. Thats exactly the night. Hard to fall asleep, too awake. and maybe too aware. And thats the essence. thats how chain LD happen. Just to find it. Maybe we should observe and write down, what we do differend in day before. Maybe we should make some research. {this would be fine for research and educational team to deal with}. Myself. I dont have the capacity to do so. I am glad, when i recall. But this DSM {dream saturated mind} is a phaenomenon to be researched.

      What do you thing. How are your observations about the state of mind you need to have to be able to LD? Especially DSM state?

      LEt me {no us} know.
