i am having a dry period, and really, i have tried everything, except for hypnosis, if anyone has any mp3 recordings of tapes or any script ( i have a text-to-speech converter but it doesnt sound real and i dont think it will work )
anyway, i need somat that will specifically have me remember i am dreaming in a dream

Now, right here the technique varies. You see, up to now if this were on a tape recorder or you were narrating it yourself all you'd have to do is change it so that for the tape recorder you act as if you're talking to a person and for the self-narration you are saying \"I\" instead of \"you\" but here it varies a bit more. If you are using the tape recorder you would say, \"Nothing matters now, nothing except my voice.\" However, if you were narrating this to yourself you would say, \"Nothing matters now, nothing but my goal to (in this case it would be \"to have more lucid dreams\" but you could just say goal or goals and leave it at that).\" After that part you can do the more specific suggestions like in this case, \"I will remember at least one dream where I realized I was dreaming a day,\" or if you were recording this, \"You will remember at least one dream where you realize you're dreaming a day.\" I hope that helped. Also if you would like the myths and misconceptions list from the book I recommended just tell me, I really think it's important to understand hypnosis because there are such stupid myths and misconceptions, most of which are generated by B movies.[/b]

I've downloaded a mp3 recording "Stephen LaBerge Trance Induction Of Lucid Dreaming - Daytime" from a P2P program. had LD every night for 5-6 days after that :o (total about 7-8 LDs)
But I'm not sure if it was caused by a tape, cause there was *A lot* of other factors present
I believe it works much better when you narrate it to yourself. Ev, I got the same thing the first time I tried my version of this technique and I had only had one or two minorly lucid one second dreams up to that point.
Ancroynms. Hypnotic Induced Lucid Dream clashes with Hargart's Induced Lucid Dream. First one takes precedence, I would assume. :D
Hypnotic Induced Lucid Dream is much older. Just not as well known. I think. :-PQuote:
