Well word for word this script would take very long but I'll summarize it in a way where you'll be able to fill in the blanks. First of all you count from one to one hundred, counting in beat with your deep breathing (as you inhale you'd say one, as you exhale you'd say two, and as you inhale the next time you'd say three.) Second of all you say that your toes are getting heavy then you say your feet are getting heavy (you continue like this with each body part going upwards.) Once you've reached the crown of your head you say that weights are being tied to your toes then you say that weights are being tied to your feet (you continue on with each body part going untill you reach the crown of your head while, if possible, you visualize the weights being strapped on.) Then you say that a new heaviness, two times as great as the last, is going down your crown then you say that it's moving down the back of your head and your face (you continue like this until you reach your toes.) Once you've done this you say that bags of sand, two times as heavy as the weights, are being strapped to your crown then you say that these bags of sand are being strapped to the back of your head and your face (you continue like this until you reach your toes while, if possible, you visualize them being strapped on.) After that you imagine a skywriter plane (you know those planes that write stuff with that special, cloud looking gas) writing your name in the sky and then you see that the wind is blowing it away. Then you imagine a chalk board, you right the letter \"A\" on it then erase it, and you continue writing and erasing the alphabet in order until you've written and erased all of the letters. Now, right here the technique varies. You see, up to now if this were on a tape recorder or you were narrating it yourself all you'd have to do is change it so that for the tape recorder you act as if you're talking to a person and for the self-narration you are saying \"I\" instead of \"you\" but here it varies a bit more. If you are using the tape recorder you would say, \"Nothing matters now, nothing except my voice.\" However, if you were narrating this to yourself you would say, \"Nothing matters now, nothing but my goal to (in this case it would be \"to have more lucid dreams\" but you could just say goal or goals and leave it at that).\" After that part you can do the more specific suggestions like in this case, \"I will remember at least one dream where I realized I was dreaming a day,\" or if you were recording this, \"You will remember at least one dream where you realize you're dreaming a day.\" I hope that helped. Also if you would like the myths and misconceptions list from the book I recommended just tell me, I really think it's important to understand hypnosis because there are such stupid myths and misconceptions, most of which are generated by B movies.[/b]
