I reformatted my computer and went through all the trouble of backing everything up and getting my drivers to work just so I can install The Sims2. I had a dream last night that I and a group of people were were trying to escape from some people chasing us, and we were in these tunnels. Everything suddenly switched into The Sims mode and I was laying down tiles, walls, windows, staircases, and lights to build us an escape route. Except for not being able to toggle between floors (I could, but I couldn't tell which level I was on and there were about 6 levels), it worked just like the sims. I never became lucid, but when I woke up I immediately thought about this forum
One thing to note is that the lights and windows added light perfectly, just as in the game. So I guess while you are lucid, you may be able to try placing light fixtures or windows on the wall if you can't get the room to lighten up!! I've heard a lot about lights not working in lucid dreams, but these ones didn't even require turning on. I just placed them on the wall and the place was bright.
