so i was just wondering what auto suggestions you guys use to go lucid or whatever. what ones work well and so on. please feel free to share experiences.

"i will remember to reality check when i dream" kinda long but effective :)
I use "I will remember my dreams in the morning" as autosuggestion for dream recall
so, is autosuggestion better for dream recall than becoming lucid?
can work best for both.

"I'm serious"
-"So are revisionists"
"I'm going so sleep"

It sounds crazy, but it helps a lot.
I just yesterday started making a face and moar of a personality for it, but I've been talking to it for a few monthes.
I like short autosuggestions. I repeat them several times during the day (whenever I go to the bathroom), then while I get ready for bed, and then again for a few minutes when I lay down to sleep. I use:
Say I'm dreaming.
Realize I am dreaming.
Remember my dreams.
Wake up after each dream. (for DJing and DEILDs)
I usually use autosuggestions for waking up for WBTB. It works well, but sometimes the i will know i am dreaming works, too. The hard part is not freaking out about something and focusing on LDs. Very annoying.
