so i was just wondering what auto suggestions you guys use to go lucid or whatever. what ones work well and so on. please feel free to share experiences. |

I use "I will remember my dreams in the morning" as autosuggestion for dream recall |

so, is autosuggestion better for dream recall than becoming lucid? |

I like short autosuggestions. I repeat them several times during the day (whenever I go to the bathroom), then while I get ready for bed, and then again for a few minutes when I lay down to sleep. I use: |

I usually use autosuggestions for waking up for WBTB. It works well, but sometimes the i will know i am dreaming works, too. The hard part is not freaking out about something and focusing on LDs. Very annoying. |
