Hey good stuff there Elite.
Glad to see your still going at it. LD'ing isn't your enemy though, you said that when you jumped and woke up that you rolled over accepting another defeat but its just more experience in what not to do. Oh, and I do know what you mean about the tripping/falling feeling.
Keep 'em coming,
Cheers

Thankyou so much for your support Mr_Jinsue. It really keeps me motivated. If I wont do it for me, I'll do it for you! Haha.
FRIDAY / JULY 10 / 11:30 PM.
Progressed rather quickly into a state of total relaxation. This feeling is really nice for me. Warm and heavy and tired. At this time I try to visualise objects training my imagination. I can never completely visualise an object but rather pretend it is there in front of me. Not only does this train your imagination, but it also keeps you 'distracted' from your body. I like to imagine my wrist infront of my eyes looking at my watch doing crazy things.
There is definitely a point where I cannot stay focussed. That is when SP begins. This feeling is very discomforting for me and makes my heart rate increase. This is the hardest bit of successfully inducing a WILD for me. The movements I feel come from underneath me like pulsing waves of static. That's the only way I can really explain it. Most of it is just a weird feeling. It is at this point where I lose my relaxed state and become more aware of my body and my bed and my room. That is what happens usually. So at this point, that is all that I need to fix. I have confidence that after this is fixed I will obtain a WILD.

You are not far off my friend. One of the most invigorating (and both startling things) is how quickly your body will change from complete relaxation, to intense heart rate. I find that, what works fairly well for me, is when you are in the stage where you begin to see HI, you try and erase all thoughts from your mind, and try and feel the sensations of falling backwards. It is when I do that, that I experience some very odd things, like voices, creaks and such, and it is also when the most intense visual imagery occurs.
I guess the most important thing to is not to try too hard, let everything happen as it happens. If you begin to feel like you are slipping, don't give up, just keep doing what you are doing and it will usually come back with even greater force. Generally after the 3rd "wave" is when things get really crazy for me.
