Thanks for the help guys
I've tried WBTB twice now and both times I think I was too awake so I just got bored, rolled over, stopped trying and went back to sleep.
I don't think I am doing it right:
I set the alarm for 4am
I get up and switch off the alarm
I go back to bed and allow myself to relax as if doing a WILD or something
I lay there for quite a while
Then I just decide to give up because it's too early in the morning and I probably need some sleep before I get up in the morning
