I've been working on MILD lately. I've only booked succes 1 time so far. Two in a row.
Now my question is, can anyone give me some really helpfull tips, not things that I already know, like step 1... step2..., because I know how to do it. Just need some extra information.
One thing you can do is work on strengthening your mind to complete a task. This will help with MILDing because, obviously, it will help you to remember to become lucid. One thing you can do is like all day, anytime you walk through a doorframe, stick your hand in your pocket, or take a sip of water ask youself,"Am I dreaming." And change it up everyday. It will help your mind to rememebering to do a task. And hey, it can help with autosuggestion too!
