One thing you can do is work on strengthening your mind to complete a task. This will help with MILDing because, obviously, it will help you to remember to become lucid. One thing you can do is like all day, anytime you walk through a doorframe, stick your hand in your pocket, or take a sip of water ask youself,"Am I dreaming." And change it up everyday. It will help your mind to rememebering to do a task. And hey, it can help with autosuggestion too! |
