Hey I had my first two LD a while back after the first few days and last night I had another three last night. I started it as a DILD then had another two which I triggered by two RC after false awakenings. The first was really vivid but I keep ending my dreams after only a few mins.
How can I make them last longer?
Constant change of scene.
You need to force 'hop' between your lucid dreams if you don't want to loose lucidity or wake up. ( If you loose lucidity, the result will probably be forgotten additional dreaming. )
Use the spin technique to change the scene, or maintain lucidity. ( Spin around and recreate the scenery, or otherwise re-persieve it. )
I wish I had them nearly as frequently as you. :P

Was sorta the same one, but often is a little different, but that is the nature of dreams.
Was 4 times like this back to LDs and then it seemed like I had my quota or something, and slipped into a normal dream.
Still, was quite a ride, and I was so content when I awakwened at accomplishing this.
(For me when I tried to spin, in dream, I got too excited and lost intensity. This seems only to be for me tho, I wait till it fades to black and I am watching the black wide awake, before spinning)

I'm not a natural and I've managed to have 5 lucids in one night. And these were WILDs, not DILDs.
These incidents are the first time I've been lucid.

Why hold others back with these beliefs, touting them as fact when they're simply false? It's perfectly possible to have 5+ lucid dreams per night. Yes, practice helps. So does WILDing (through DEILDs, in my case.) But who are you to tell others that they can't have more lucid dreams than that, even DILDs? Maybe they're that good. Maybe they've raised their overall awareness to a high enough level. Maybe they kick ass at WILDs. Who knows? If you don't even know what makes a 'natural' a natural, how can you say that it's impossible for a practitioner to achieve that same LD frequency? What evidence do you have to support the notion that it's completely impossible? Logic and common sense? What does that have to do with anything, when you're clearly not being logical and don't know everything and so can't make such definitive statements? Are you discounting all the experiences of people who have managed to chain lucid dreams? You could get ten a week easily, if you practiced WILDs and could do them well enough.
What exactly is 'lucid material'? What makes it different from regular brain matter? Where is lucid material located? Maybe it's a matter of neuroplasticity, maybe not, but even from that position, could you please define what 'lucid material' is and what makes it different from other cells? I would very much like to know so that I could read more about it.
If you're gonna make such claims, at least support yourself with something, rather than telling others to shut up. That's just rude.
I'm not a neuroscientist remember? So what I say is invalid cause I'm not so Y would I waste my time telling you what I know after 3 years? It's either you believe it or you don't and continue thinking that it's practise that keeps your LDing going. I'm not hardup for worshippers that I am all knowing and the ultimate truth god for LDing...just that it's the way the mind works when it's sleeping..simple as that. I din't create the mind that way, it already is.

This is from one of your post about what a natural lucid dreamer is. 2 a week on average? and then jumps to 5? Sounds more like your technique triggered your natural LDing capabilities in you which was when you were having a few a year already. A few a year is already a natural compared to normal non-naturals... A few a year is from hard work for most.You already had it but you din't know.

Din't mean to spam...just wanted to express myself. Is that so bad?
