Simplicity while awake = more LDs?
Here's my theory. If you have more simplicity while awake, it's easier to become lucid. It also creates less stress and your mind is clearer. You know, get rid of things you don't need anymore, especially papers, we all have too many of them. Get rid of relationships you don't need anymore. Keep your schedule simple, only buy what you need. And make your sleep schedule/time simpler - no forcing yourself to sleep, which creates nightmares right away - at least it does with me.
I've noticed that the more stuff I get rid of - the easier my schedule is, the more I can concentrate. Even the less noise, music, conversations, etc I listen to, the more I can hear my own voice of intuition. Which we all know, those who are good at meditation, are better LDs and vice versa. Mental clutter so to speak.
Also, if you read my blueprint post/thread, if you keep your real room, for example "spotless" at least on the floor, it's easier to note when a large piece of furniture is in the wrong spot, meaning you're dreaming. However, if your room is always messy, how will you know when your in your "dream room" if it's different, chaotic, messy anyways?
Do you get my point?
