Methods to make you more sleepy and less alerted:
- If you WILD directly after bed try it after ~5h of sleep. Play with different delay time before going back to bed. Shorter time more chance of getting asleep.
- If on back try different position - on side.
- as for me after reaching numbness I kinda pretend that I am asleep. I make my breath heavy naturally and just observe. Actually that works too good because I usually loose consciousness:eek:
detroitLions1970 is right - don't get too excited. Also meditation is priceless. The more you are be able stop your inner speech the more you are open for your inner side. That doesn't sound spectacular but it is the key to some psychic phenomenons that I experienced while ago when meditating a lot.
