so i've been attempting wild for at least 2 weeks now. What i've noticed is that i can achieve SP to the point where i feel the numbness taking over my face and my whole body. But what im having trouble with is getting my mind to rest. Wilding makes me wide awake. |

yes try to clear your mind but at the same time if its too hard, then just be aware of what you're thinking about instead of getting lost in it or focusing too much on clearing your mind because sometimes the more you try not to think, the more you start thinking. The whole point is to be aware of whats going on and not falling asleep. In your case you're having trouble falling asleep so i would say try it with WBTB technique |

I know what Rahim is talking about, and I think I can help explain a little. This is just a method you should consider if you can't master meditation, or, like myself, don't have the time to. |

I think i understand. So it's like let your thoughts pop up in your head but don't notice or take part in elaborating those thoughts. My mind would sometimes jump subjects and think a lot. So what i should do is just be aware of those thoughts but don't pay attention to them right? |

I would suggest simple but powerful meditiation technique. This will train your mind and you will hopefully notice that your problem fades out. Do it 20min every evening before bed. |
