How could I miss this...
I had a dream where I killed those "Blade 2" monsters from the "Blade" movies but I didn't do a reality check. Me and the team were walking around in a dark tunnel and killing monsters.
I mean, how can I do a reality check? It's like I'm in a cinema watching a movie.
Also, what does a dream journal do for your lucid dreams/dreams? Only so you can improve your dream recall ability?
PS: I'm thinking about doing a WBTB/WILD tomorrow morning. I've been trying to get lucid 5 nights in a row now, will this induction technique help?

A dream journal would help you a lot. My dreams used to be like that, too. I started keeping a dream journal and now they're getting more and more vivid, clear, and easier to remember.
Also, if you've never tried WBTB or WILD, give it a try! In fact, give it a few tries!

Besides improving your dream recall, a dream journal also helps you identify your dreamsigns.
Let's say you always dream about your mother. If you do reality checks whenever you see her in waking life, there's a good chance that you will do the same in your dreams. But how would you know that your mother is your dreamsign if you forget your dreams?
That was a pretty crazy example, but I hope it helps you realize that a dream journal is really important.
